Scope, Aims, and Objectives

In line with the vision of the Pakistan Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education, the Research Journal of PNQAHE focuses on the theory, practice, and policies concerning the monitoring, management, and growth of quality in higher education.
  

The journal welcomes papers that have empirical research content. The Journal aims to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to present new and original research content in their field of interest. It is important to mention that while setting the broader areas of interest for this journal, the focus is given to the research on Quality in Higher Education coming from any discipline.

Research Journal of PNQAHE publishes system-wide analyses and  comparative studies between institutions or countries but rarely publishes single institution studies (unless it is an illustrative case study as part of a much broader analysis).

Research Journal of PNQAHE limits the scope by not publishing articles about other contexts of quality (such as quality control in manufacturing.

The aims and objectives of the Research Journal of PNQAHE are to encourage research studies relevant to the theory, practice, and policies contributing to the enhancement of quality assurance mechanisms in the higher education. The journal encourages research studies based on quantitative surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus groups, qualitative research methods. The editor especially welcomes empirical research content, conceptual papers, articles reviews, book reviews, and conference papers.
