The intended objective of the policy is to bring the academic and publication quality of this journal at par with HEC prescribed standards:
- All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
- All manuscripts will be sent for desk evaluation carried out by a team of evaluators. After the desk evaluation recommended papers will be sent for double-blind review to one national and one international reviewer.
- An author can get one paper published per issue, including as first author or Co-author.
- The authors should ensure that the written work is entirely original, and in case the authors have used the work and/or words of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.
